Bugaboo Cam silly question

Okay, this is probably a really silly question, but I'm having trouble installing the Cam canopy properly. Towards the back bottom portion of the canvas fabric, there's a little flap, right? Is that flap supposed to go over anything on the stroller or is it just supposed to sit there so both back and front of the canopy are open to the air around? Hope I'm not confusing anyone here.

it's supposed to fit over the back of the seat so it holds the canopy taunt when extended...bug canopes don't rotate off the back of the stroller. hope you love your cam!
