Default Interesting article re: seat belts in school buses

I have always wondered why school buses don't have seat belts:

It's so sad...those girls were on a coach on the freeway, yes? I mean, I can buy all the other arguments for not spending the money to put belts on big yellow buses that are mostly on surface roads and cramming 3 kids per seat, but a big ol' coach bus that looks like an airplane interior and mainly travels on freeways, I really can't understand the lack of belts there (neither can my kids!)
