I have lots of favorite quotes from books, but they arent really "words to live by." For some to live by, I have a few and I cant find who said them, but I have them jotted down....

No distance of place or lapse of time can lessen the friendship of those who are thoroughly persuaded of each other's worth.

When you can forgive, you can move on. When you're able to move on, you can change. And when you're ready to change, you're ready to welcome the new into your life.

True friendship isn't about being there when it's convenient; it's about being there when it's not.

And for good measure, one from a historical figure:

Roughly translated - "Do what you must, crush the infamous thing, and love who you love."
That one was really important for me!
