Default Deal on Baby Jogger belly bar-UPDATE

UPDATE: I went to BBB yesterday to look at the belly bar and make sure I wanted it and decided to just get it there while I was there and thinking about it. When I went to check out with that and the other things I got; the lady took the 20% off coupon off the belly bar and I sure wasn't going to correct here!!! I bought that and the Sunshine Kids parent console and the sippy grippers! Yay..vacation in 6 days!!

So, I bought the BJCM and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank yoy ladies for recommending it...I can't imagine life without it!

I meant to buy the belly bar with my Amazon coupon and then I forgot. SO, I was wondering if there are any good deals out there? Or do I have to live with the price on Amazon. Not that's it's awful...just hoping for a good deal. I also need a parent console and a bag to check the BJCM at the airport. TIA for any suggestions.

I ordered some things from anbbaby.com last night - their prices & shipping (free!) were the most reasonable I found for a longer crotch strap for my Radian. I haven't received it yet (cause I just ordered it yesterday)...

Here is their price on the belly bar.

The description for that says it is for the city select stroller even though the city mini is pictured - and based on the sku, it is for the city select and wont' work on the city mini...
Albee's return policies are not very good either so you don't want to get stuck with the wrong bar...

Sometimes you can find one cheaper on ebay. I love my belly bar and think it's worth the $30. I would save money on the console by getting the sunshine kids buggy buddy for $10 (I like it way better than the Baby Jogger one).
I have the travel bag as well and highly recommend it. (THough I would imagine it would also work with the red gate check bag for double strollers they sell on amazon)
You will be able to get some of your $$ on the accessories when you resell (at least on the bag anyway)...
HTH!

Sometimes I think Poohbear and I live parallel lives. I also think the belly bar is totally worth the money (I have one on my City Mini and my City Classic, and I also have the snack tray). I also have the travel bag, but I haven't used it yet. But my friend borrowed it for her BJCM and loved it. Also have the SK parent console on both my BJCM and BJCC and love it!

Thank to you and Poohbear! I'll have to check ebay for the belly bar and see what I can find. Do you like your snack tray..woudl you recommend one over the other or both??

I supposse I need to bite the bullet and pay for the BJCM travel bag..will probably hold up better, right?

I prefer the belly bar over the snack tray because it's height adjustable. The snack tray is really high, and better for 18months and up IMO. I connect snack cups, etc with links to the belly bar.

I use the belly bar if I want her to be able to have a lot of food within easy reach (we have soccer practice during dinner time). She has to look above or scootch down and look under the snack tray to be able to really see out.

You can see how high the snack tray sits on the stroller, and where it hits younger children and their field of site.

Here's the bar with links attached. She loves to chew in it as well. She's younger in these pictures...she's 13 months old. But we still use the belly bar 98% of the time.

Try a coupon at BBB or BRU. I know that it says no Baby Jogger, but I used a BRU coupon at BBB and they took it when I bought the Belly Bar.
