I have 2 Boulevard 70s in my car for each of my DDs. A few days ago, DD2 vomited in her carseat. I cleaned her seat and was replacing the cover today. I then went to compare my final work with DD1's carseat to make sure I replaced everything correctly. In examining DD1's cover, I noted that the her foam headrest is broken and only being held in place by the fabric cover. In other words, the right foam headwing is cracked at the point of insertion into the shell. We were never in an accident. DD does grab onto the headwing when climbing in/out of her seat. She is 2 and still rearfacing and must do everything herself. Anyway, I plan on calling Britax on Monday but just wanted to throw it out there to get some opinions now. Oh, and is she safe to ride in it this weekend? Sigh...

You should be able to glue or tape it back together. That's what people have been told and it's what I did with a Baby Trend seat.
ETA: Call them for sure. They also might just send you another piece.
