Two of our Targets had them at 75%, the others were holding steady at 50%

DD loves these kits -- she has done the pirate ship, flowers, princess castle, tiara and wand, and silly monsters -- at .98 a kit they have been great for our "sick week" lately! There are also door hangers, racing cars, fairies, and a few more.

Thanks for posting. My store had tons. They were $.98. Also found them on an end cap near the kid's crafts/stationary. A few examples so you know what to look for:

I found them too but they were scanning "item not found" the sticker said 1.98 so I figured if I went to the register they would charge me the 1.98 so I decided to pass. They are cute though, but not worth $3.99 IMO!

Yeah, I agree that 3.99 is more than I'd want to pay for these -- but at .98 I think they are a steal.

The pirate ship built up easily for us (and looks so cool!) as did the flowers, fairies, tiara/wand, and monsters. The princess castle and the racing cars were trickier and less stable (but that could be a reflection of my skill and not the product )

Can you tell we have been sick and in need of easy craft projects and these came to the rescue?

DD has been playing with the flowers and the fairies for a good 45 minutes while I worked on a paper for a graduate class -- score!
