This is with a two year agreement, right? Does anyone know what the cost is if you aren't eligible for an upgrade? My contract is up in August, and I was going to buy it then, but if I can get it before, then I would love to!

I believe if you have AT&T you can upgrade after 20 months for an $18 fee but you have to sign a new two year contract.

I have Verizon It always seems that if you want to upgrade your phone (which I need to do regularly due to losing it or damage from the kids) it costs a bazillion dollars!
