Default Clothing Labels for Preschool?

Hi,
Anyone have any good suggestions for labeling clothes/other belongings for preschool? Iron-on tabs, sharpie markers?? Sites or places to buy the goods? Tips & tricks?

Thanks much.

Highly recommend Mabels labels -- do a search on here for reviews. We put them on sippy cups, lunchboxes and clothes and shoes. We just use the tagmates. They last and last. I just used our last name for multiple kids.

I'd also check out Oliver's Labels and Applied Labels for more options. I actual have a variety of labels for daycare and some from all three. As well as some old fashoined sew in labels

I really like the tag labels that stick for clothing. Quick and easy and stay on and don't ruin clothing. I HATE iron ons and markers - I get nice clothing for DS and want to be able to pass it on or sell.

We use NameBubbles for daycare and have really liked them. There are a lot of reviews and discounts for that brand and others if you do a search.

I agree with PP - I like the stick on ones and hate it with DCP writes his name with a sharpie on an item of clothing. We use our last name bc the item may be used for multiple kids.

The stick on labels are designed to go on a tag, so not idea for the tagless shirts. However I just stick them on the shirt itself at the collar and have rarely had one fall off later. They also have them for shoes, and the NameBubbles stay on well for us until they are outgrown.
