Default Bought a used dresser on CL- buy scented papers for liners or plain shelf liner?

Since its used, I want to line the drawers with something but can't find the scented drawer papers/liners. Would pretty shelf liners do the trick?

Do you have a Crabtree and Evelyn around you? They have scented liners there. http://www.crabtree-evelyn.com/eng/c.../drawer-liners Here is another place http://www.giannarose.com/grastore.c...ory=DL&do=list
Looks like Sears has them, too.

I would just use shelf liners. But I now hate scented things, so using a scented paper wouldn't even occur to me.

Container Store carries scented ones, if you decide to go that route...

We lined a dresser with the wrapping paper from DS's baby gifts (my sister's idea). My sister has used fabric wrapped around *something* (cardboard maybe?) to line dressers.

I've seen the scented liners at TJ Maxx, Ross, Homegoods, Marshalls type stores. Possibly Tuesday Morning, too.

I like the shelf liner that you get at Walmart or Target, and it is a thin, bumpy plastic. It stays in place MUCH better than any paper I've ever tried, and you can wipe it down easily with a wet rag when needed.
