Default Party Dress in size 24 months

My dd is going to a formal Bar Mitzvah in late Sept, in NC. I'm being told it is still hot there at that time so it doesn't have to be a heavy, winter style dress.

I can't seem to find one that I like for her. The problem is, while she still wears a size 24 month dress she is 2.5 years old. Most of the dresses in 24 month are a little too baby-ish since it's in the infants dept.

Any suggestions for dresses or stores to check out? Links would be great. I do also have most major stores nearby.

Thanks.

How about something like this from Janie and Jack?

2Ts should fit about the same as 24 month sizes. Have you looked in the toddler sections at the 2Ts?

And, how about Etsy? I love Etsy.

Not sure what your style or budget is but the 2 places that come to mind are Janie and jack and strasburg children. Here are links to both.

How about this?

Or this? The short sleeved velvet could be good for fall into winter:

I love the Jaine and Jack dress, but it probably is too expensive. I would love to keep it under $50, but I'm just not having much luck.

Also, I've tried a few 2T things on her and usually the neck falls right off -- she must have very narrow shoulders. So that's why I try to stick with the 24 month sizes.

Thanks for the ideas so far.

Can't voucher for the seller as I have never used her, but lots of positive ratings and pretty dresses.
