I hate my clean floors
My 12 yo black lab died last week. I used to have to vacuum almost every day, I did it a few days ago and I've just done it today because friday is vacuum and mop day and the floors are so clean. There is no corner full of hair, no fur balls sucking up into the canister, no drool spots all over the place and I hate it. I thought clean floors would be a benefit of her not being here but it's making me cry my eyes out, I want hairy floors.

I'm sorry. I have a 9 year old black lab and I know the feeling of having black hair everywhere. I hate it but at the same time I cant imagine when we dont have that problem anymore. Hugs to you!

I'm sorry you are going through this. It will get easier. We had to put our dog down 3 years ago. Even now, when I mop, I still think about his little slobber marks that would be on the floor, but I don't miss them anymore.
