Default adult- content security software

DS1 is 6 now and he has started using my computer. He's always supervised but I am still very concerned that he'll come across adult content. After all it takes seconds for him to see something that he's not supposed to see. What kind of software are you using to block and filter adult websites and images?

Thanks for your advice. I do not even know where to start.

There's k9 which I think is free. You can set certain things as off limits, and then if its you on the comp you can type in the password to bypass it.

We have a mac. DS1 has his own login. I have 5-6 sites he is allowed to go to. All other content is locked down. DS1 is 6 and so far so good.

Stupid question of the day: So would that be the case with an iPad as well that I can set the site he can visit and lock off everything else?
