Default Can I get an opinion on these beds?

I tend to like the second one better, but it is several hundred dollars more at my local furniture store. I keep wondering if I'm not comparing them side by side if I will be happy with the 1st one. Do you think it is feminine? or just kind of country?

I need a twin over full....and this is what I really want but it's 2x as much $$. I just love that driftwood finish.

I don't think any are feminine...or really that country. The 3rd one is also my favorite, except for the price. I like the shape of the first, but the finish of the second.

I like the second one. No, I don't think it's feminine.

I think the 1st one is more country so number 2 appeals to me more. Not feminine. Love the 3rd.

#1 is country. #2 and #3 are classic. I like #3, but the finish seems to be hard to match to other furniture, unless you are buying a whole set.

I like the second one.
I would actually even purchase for J's room (we intend to have the boys together at some point, eventually) but I need a twin over twin.

I think all 3 are really nice. I don't think #1 is that country, except that it is pine finish. If you put a sporty or preppy (like madras) bedding with it, I think #1 would look great, but I would get painted furniture to go with it (not pine dressers). I think you said #1 was a lot cheaper than #2. However, if they were the same price, I prefer the finish of #2 and #3, except that I wonder if the finish of #2 might scratch easily.

I like them all but realize they are not made of solid wood. They seem expensive to me to be made with veneer. We have had very bad luck with veneer furniture and will now only buy solid wood construction. Check Amish furniture stores for 100% solid wood construction.
