Default What's a fair price?

Hi! This is my first post here. I've been trolling this forum for a while as we are expecting number two in April and I've been trying to figure out the best stroller for our expanding family.

Currently we have a Bob Revolution Single stroller that we purchased new in 2008 for around $400 and I've decided I want to sell it probably get a BJCMD

The stroller has been kept outside as we don't have a garage and has some sun fading and weathering on the fabric but it is otherwise in good condition - no rips, all parts are intact and we have the car seat adapter that works with Britax, Graco, and Peg Perego car seats and comes with a snack tray (snack tray never used) listed on Amazon for $59.

Based on what others are asking on CL for the same stroller kept indoors ($275 TO $300) I was thinking of pricing mine at $225. Is that too high or about right?

Here are some pics.
