That is a cool promotion. I love itzy ritzy. They have this Funtainer for $15.99, so that means you get both for $15.99. Pretty good deal, I think.

Bummer that they have no girly funtainers I went through the whole list and didn't see anything I could use to get the free snack bags. Guess my kids are getting to old, as it was mostly baby related stuff. Wish they had some type of Bento lunchbox containers that I could have gotten for my oldest who is starting K next year.

I did it. I didn't realize you need to add the free bag at checkout and emailed them afterwards asking if they could apply the promo or if I needed to return my Funtainer and re-order. They offered to send the bag for free as a "one time exception" and it arrived two days later.

Melaine--maybe try just emailing them? I find I get more accurate responses that way and it's a lot less painful.

Well, it took like 15 minutes but they ended up just giving me a $10 promo. Can't figure out why it wouldn't work, I tried several combos of items.

I was able to place my order without any issues last week. I shopped from the list of eligible items, added the snack bag to my cart, and even added a book to get free shipping. Once you are in the checkout process, the snack bag cost is deducted. My package is expected to arrive today

ETA. Just received my package...very pleased with the snack bag; it's really a nice size. This is my first itzy ritzy "purchase."

So you had to add something above your $15 purchase to get to free shipping, i.e. the cost of the snack bag doesn't count?
