Default replacing pacifiers?

I just noticed that it says on the pacifier package (Soothies), that they should be replaced after 4 weeks. Does anyone actually do this? We've been using the same ones we got at the hospital -- we clean them regularly, and they still seem in fine condition after more than 4 weeks of use. Seems crazy to replace that often, especially because we have many of them to make sure they're in every room of the house!

Default

Not every 4 weeks. We just keep a close eye on the nipple to make sure it isn't degrading.
