Default Easy to install convertible

We need to get a car seat that our sitter will use occasionally. I want a convertible seat that is easy to install. Secondary priorities are something lightweight if possible.

Ideas?

We got a Britax roundabout for our sitter. She likes it and is able to install it well (I've checked ).

Default No Latch

I was ready to pull the trigger on the roundabout, but then I found out that she doesn't have LATCH in her car. So, I need something that easily (and safetly) installs with a belt. The belt install for the britaxs doesn't look that easy.

Thoughts?

The Roundabout 55 does have LATCH connectors:

However, seatbelt install is super easy on a roundabout because it has lockoffs. Our is installed with a seatbelt. It literally took 5 minutes to get a rock solid install with a seatbelt and lockoffs. In addition to that, it is really easy to adjust the harness in a britax seat and I wanted to make sure that my nanny got that properly adjusted every single time.

LATCH is not safer or easier IMO. Both methods take the same amount of time for me.

I have Blvds, not Roundabouts, but I have to say the seat belt install is just as easy to do as the LATCH one. We have it in the center position so we used the seatbelt. I takes me like 3 minutes to get a rock solid install, tether it and the whole thing. I love the lock-offs on the Britax seats.

For my mom's car I got an Evenflo Triumph Advances, which is also nice and easy to install, but my mom HATED the harness adjustment (it's a pain when it's RF), so she went and bought a Britax for her car.
