Default Enchilada Casserole

I got this off of Pinterest and wanted to share. It was yummy. I was hesitate to add the italian dressing, but it added a nice flavor to it. I used kidney beans.

This site has a lot of useful information on it. Enjoy!

I just bought the ingredients, making this tomorrow night. Thanks for sharing it! She has a ton of great sounding recipes on her blog, worth checking out. I'm trying her crockpot ranch pork chops tonight-I'll report back.

In the oven...was really easy to put together. I used Penzys Mexican seasoning. Will update!

I can't wait to hear what you think. I realized when I printed the recipe today that I never added the sour cream to the mixture. I put it on after it was cooked. I am curious if you noticed it in yours.
