Made this tonight. I forgot to put the sour cream in so served it on the side. It was really good!

(I also did not put in the salad dressing as we just use vinegar and oil at home - I didn't miss it!)

I made this tonight and it was a huge hit! I made it with chicken instead...I cooked chicken breasts in my crockpot on high for 4 hours with the seasonings and salsa. When they were done i shredded the chicken and mixed in the beans, corn and sour cream. Thanks for the recipe OP.

Made this again but used as a nachos topper instead. Super good!

Thanks OP! I made this last weekend and it was fantastic! This one's a keeper. Used Trader Joe's corn/wheat tortillas. Didn't have taco seasoning on hand so made some using a quick recipe from AllRecipes.
