I can't find anything on CPSC.gov or in the Baby Bargains book and I am wondering whether this is safe.

I know sleep positioners have been recalled but this seems more like a mini-pack and play than a sleep positioner.

Amazon has both kinds and I think it looks good for co-sleeping, but I am worried about safety.
