A recent study published in the journal, Obesity, looked at the trends in
infant and preschoolers’ body weights for the past 20 years. It appears that even babies may be following the same troubling obesity trends as the rest of us.
So, what’s a parent to do? Send their baby to Weight Watchers? Nope. Kids under age two need more fat in their diets than we do to feed their growing brains.
What you should do is learn your baby’s hunger cues. Feed your baby when he is really hungry and don’t just feed him to pacify him.
