What to get 3 yo girl for secret santa

Help! DS chose a girl's name in the secret santa- I have barely any idea what girls play with!
We can spend up to $15.
Any input is greatly appreciated!

J picked his 4 year old cousin in the secret santa stuff. He's 4 and says girls play with Barbies and Princesses. We found a $19.99 princess bag of make-up etc, she will love it and he is so excited "he" found it.

How about one of those activity books from, oh, what is the name.... Chicken Shoes or something? My DD has gotten a few. One had her decorating little cardboard purses, one showed all these animals she could draw using her handprint.... they are really cute. They are about $13 and are available at bookstores, toy stores, and Target. I love them for gifts in that price range. Or, how about a board game?

Well, Mia loves that My Little Pony stuff - NOT Ponyville (that stuff is too tiny). But the one she has comes with a little bow for her hair. She loves the thing. Even sleeps with it. I got it at Target. It was definitely less than $10. I want to say around $6, maybe?
