My favorites:

World of Disney -- the biggest Disney Store anywhere. Worth seeing just for the displays

the lego store - amazing displays outside the store, lots and lots of legos inside

once upon a toy - amazing toystore, cute displays, Disney specific potato head parts and "build your own lightsaber"

In the parks, I like the "gas station" toy store in Dinoland in the Animal Kingdom.

Love the Lego store!! It was so much fun for ds and dh. ;) They had some great deals on mixed bags of Legos.

My favorite store is actually the big one in Epcot. I think it is called Gearations. It is on your left as you walk into Epcot, just past Spaceship Earth.

There are also lots of interesting small shops with toys all around the World Showcase in Epcot. My favorite among those is the one in England. Its also a great place to catch Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, Pooh and Tigger with little to no lines. My older DD has spent many a happy time coloring in the store with Alice.
