Wood Kitchens Made in US With Countertop Space

I have read every post on kitchens and I have learned so much. I am not sure if this specific question has been answered already, but I couldn't find it. I am looking for a wood kitchen that is made in the US but has countertop space for "cooking." I am familiar with Elves and Angels, Willow and Little Colorado. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I second the guidecraft kitchens. I searched extensively for the "perfect" one and finally settled on the complete kitchen.

It ships in two boxes so there is definitely separate assembly req'd.

I searched a really long time when choosing a kitchen and my requirements were: made in the USA, wood, counter space, microwave, and one-sided (can be placed against a wall, i.e. not an island-style one). I settled on this one by Wood Designs and have been really pleased by it. My son loves it and it is SO sturdy. I particularly like the piano hinges that prevent my son from pinching his fingers in the hinge. It required only minimal assembly (the base was separate from the hutch, we had to install 5 or so screws).

So helpful. Thanks everyone. I don't think Guidecraft is made in the USA (made in China I think) though, but it is a perfect kitchen. I also like the Plan Toys Complete Set (made in Thailand).

I stand corrected. The Guidecraft Complete Kitchen is made in Thailand. The Guidecraft Tea Party and Sunflower Kitchens are made in China. I wanted to update this post because I posted incorrect information.

You might think about getting the kitchen and counter top space separate. For example get a small cabinet of the same height that would give them storage and counter space.
