I ordered some Medela membranes and diaper ointment from them recently, but I put in the wrong address. Once I discovered it a week later (I should read those confirmation emails) I just figured I was out the money. Well, drugstore.com emailed me, saying the package was undeliverable, and I could either correct the address or get a refund to my creidt card. I gave them the proper address and they are sending it via express shipping, all for free! And it was totally my mistake.
They have lots of breastfeeding supplies, like the Playtex drop-ins system (including the starter kits I can't find in stores) and Medela stuff. They even sort out the Playtex bottles into "breastfeeding" and "bottle feeding" - how supportive! They usually have sales, too. All in all, my experience with them has been extremely positive.
