I have been a repeat customer of baby dagny.

My last order came with 2 sets of the retro bibs missing even though I was charged for them. Moreover, instead of the red wrap that I ordered, I got pink.

I've sent 3 emails, one to Rick (CS), Andrea (president), and CS (general e-mail) - no response from anyone for the past two days. Their toll-free line 1 877 771 2229 is just a recorded message saying to order things on-line and to send e-mails - f you have question, then "leave a message."

It used to be a really good company.

Bummer- the price must have gone up. I got mine for $8 each and already received it. Maybe you can call and have them match last week's price. I am sure we gave them lots of business.
