I bought DD a personalized Sesame Street book from Shutterfly.com. It's ADORABLE!! They did SUCH a good job. I highly recommend it. It's about $40 though. It's best for toddlers or a little older than baby stage.

I've done a name book. I think it's http://www.iseeme.com. Those are great for babies. I gave one as a gift and it went over well.
