Over the Holidays I'm taking DD to Legoland. DD has some Legos at her preschool but I would like to get her a set for hone. I dont even know where to begin! There are the traditional size and there are the bigger ones. I'm leaing towards the Duplo (big ones) but what size? Should I get a starter set or a specific thing (zoo)? Any suggestions be greatly appreciated!

TIA

For a 3.5 yo, I'd suggest getting a big plastic tub of the Duplos for about $20 or so.

thanks! I'm will do that. And I'm glad to hear that DD is at a good age to go. We're also going to Sea World so I'm hoping DD will enjoy that as well.
Happy Holidays

I'd get there early if you are going over the holiday break as it can get pretty crowded.

I really appreciate the feedback about Sea World too! Now I know what to focus on! thanks again...And I went ahead and bought the bucket of duplos, think it's like 75 pieces. my daughter's neighbor got a duplicate so she sold it to me for $35! (sell on amazon for $99)
