webkinz help needed!

After reading about webkinz here I got one for DD for her bday and she LOVES it. However, her puppy has gone outside the room and we can't get him back. I've tried logging off and back on lots of times, the walk button, we even bought a new room incase that was the problem but he is still outside in the green area. We can see him but he won't come back into the room. I can't work out how to contact them directly either and am getting very frustrated!
Any advice? I'm not too tech savvy so I have no idea what to do.

Have you tried clicking on "Map" and then clicking on a room? The clicked room should pop up and the pet should be in the room.

Thanks, we tried that lots of times and everything else! We bought a new room and I think something was in the way so Chi Chi (DDs puppy!) couldn't get back in to it's room. All's well in Webkinz world again and we've done some redecorating! I'm so addicted to it as well as DD!
