Two Made In China Christmas Gifts: What would you do?

Ok, I have two space rockets, this one:

The first one is handpainted, wooden, etc.-all in China

The second on is metal, plastic and made in china.

Which one would you give to your child, i.e., the lesser of two evils? I tried so hard to avoid MIC toys, and these were all I could find. Santa *has* to bring a rocket for Christmas, so I have to pick one (or both, I guess!)


Anyway, what would you do? Thanks!!

I am not familiar with the manufacturer of the second rocket.

I'm giving the Imagiplay set to my 2 year old. It is very cute!

I personally have bought some Imagiplay toys for my kids and trust them...knock-on wood ;) So I'd go with the first set.
