lascal carriers

Has anyone used a lascal m1 carrier? They advertise that the carrier offers back support for the baby. Does this pan out in your experience?

I didn't try it on, but I saw one and it looks exactly like the Bjorn. It's super soft though, I love the fabric. I think the sales guy told me it was made out of bamboo?
