Baby Shower Favors

I am having a baby shower this weekend for a friend and would like to give each guest a cute favor. I don't want to spend too much money. I need about 10, Any good ideas??

A good one that was at one of my showers was a small pic frame. It came from the dollar store but looked modern and nice. The hostess put a little saying in it.

How about a cute cutout decorated cookie in a cellophane bag. One of my friends did this and it was cute and something that everone would like. There were cutouts of rattles, baby buggy and bottle.

If I can't get the cookies (love the idea) then I am going to do a rush order on the baby hand soaps!! Those will be lovely in a guest bathroom :)
