Anyone else order ShapeScapes from Garnet Hill?

I just finally had a chance to go through my Garnet Hill order and five of the six Shape Scape cylinders are broken! But if any of you ordered them for gifts (like I did) and weren't going to check them... go check them! :)

I just did a live chat and was told that I could return the damaged ones free of charge and they'd give me *credit*. I was really hoping for a partial refund, but she stuck to her guns.

What are your thoughts? Has anyone had better luck with customer service at Garnet Hill?

Try calling. I have found their CS highly variable, for example snippiness to matter of factness w/price adjustments. For the most part they have been helpful/friendly (and I have placed many orders at GH). I am surprised you can't get a refund.
