Can anyone tell me how Athleta clothes run?

I want to order a jacket and was wondering how their clothing fits. I normally wear a medium but I am tall and need longer sleeves. I don't want a jacket that swims on me everywhere else because I had to order a bigger size to get sleeves long enough and that's a common problem for me. Thanks!

I last bought in 2004 from a B&M store in San Francisco, pre pg. The sizing in the pants was variable from style to style, i was med in some and small in others. The jackets I recall being very fitted, especially through the torso, and I bought a small. I couldn't wear it (zipped) after nursing DC1 because the chest was too small. I don't recall the sleeves for sure, but the style at that time was longish and I think this was too. Have you tried calling Athleta and asking # inches from shoulder seam to wrist?
