KeyFit30 Lock-off Question

Will the built-in lock-offs on the Chicco KeyFit30 work on a lap only belt? I glanced at the instruction manual online and it didn't seem to work on lap only belts. The SafeSeat1's instructions seemed to indicate that it's lock-off would work with a lap only belt.

I don't think it would, actually... it's a plastic thingie on the side that you only need to put the shoulderbelt into. But jeno's right, you don't need it, anyway, your lapbelt locks fine and will install it in seconds :)
