We are considering a MIBB Sleigh 104 crib, which is $100 less than the almost identical Rosemary by Sorelle. The salesperson explained that they were discountinuing the MIBB line due to their extremely poor customer service.

Does anyone out there have any experience dealing with MIBB customer service? If so, let me know if it's so poor that it's worth spending and extra $100.

Well, we did speak with one retailer on the East Coast who predicted that MIBB won't be around in 2002 because of that very issue (customer service, etc.). MIBB is a very small player, so it is hard to predict. Given the uncertainty, I wouldn't buy it. Unless it was a great bargain, of course!
