We are considering a MIBB Sleigh 104 crib, which is $100 less than the almost identical Rosemary by Sorelle. The salesperson explained that they were discountinuing the MIBB line due to their extremely poor customer service.
Does anyone out there have any experience dealing with MIBB customer service? If so, let me know if it's so poor that it's worth spending and extra $100.
