My Dad just bought a crib for me which was labeled as a "Bella" crib in the store but when we got it home and opened the box it was labeled as a "Mod. Firenze" style. It is labeled as being made in Italy. I have searched through the Baby Bargains book and every italian crib maker's website to try to figure out who the manufacturer of this crib might be. Any ideas??

Here are some suggestions -- I don't know for sure. But I think the "Bella" crib is made by Mondi (www.mondibaby.com and look at the 'instructions' area). However, Sorelle makes a Rita Bella crib (look on www.zbabystore.com). And, Delta makes a Firenze crib (netkidswear.com).

It is a concern that there is no manufacturer information on the crib or carton or instructions. I believe it's a CPSC regulation that cribs sold in the US have this information; you might want to try the JPMA website and see if they can assist in anyway.

Maybe this helps; I had some time on my hands anyway!
