Removable Changing Top

I am planning on buying a Morigeau dresser. It is a little short to be used as a changing table, but they sell an attachment called a "changing top." (It is basically a changing table-sized shelf with sides, which screws into the back of a dresser for stability.) Seems pricey ($275) for a piece of wood I'm going to get rid of eventually. Anyone know of any lower-priced companies or stores that sell something like this?

Bellini carries them for between $275-$325. I was originally going to get one of these, but I agree that for the price, you're better off just getting a changing table.
