Fisher-Price Emerald Crib -anyone have opinions on this crib?

We have to replace our 7mo. old DS's crib & since he is the last baby we will have I don't want to spend a bunch. Any opinions or other options that I should consider?

This crib is manufactured by StorkCraft; they are licensed to use the Fisher Price name on cribs in the US. I don't have the BB book handy so I'm not sure of their rating.
I've seen the crib set up and it's somewhat "slim" compared to other cribs at Wal Mart ... but I recollect that the carton stated it met JPMA certification so that's a good sign. I've heard that this crib has been discontinued at Wal Mart for as low as $60 in some stores.
