I see an 6-year-old DUTAILIER GLIDER ROCKER on sale in my area, and just wondering if it's worthy to get it.
Thanks for your help.

I have a glider/rocker I purchased when I was pregnant with my almost-15-year-old son and it's still in awesome shape. I used it for baby #2 two years later and it's in our living or family room so it gets used frequently.

I purchased it at an upper-end baby store in San Jose, CA in 1988 and I can't find any markings on it saying it's Dutalier, but the writing on the bottom is in French and it was made in Canada.

I'd say GET IT!

Hi,
I purchased a Dutailier glider at a garage sale from a family with school-aged children, so you know that glider is more than a few years old. It's in wonderful shape and is as solid as can be. I replaced the pads since it had been sitting in their garage for some time. I'm very pleased with it, as the frame seems built to last for many years, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it over again.

Hope that helps,
Nancy
