Like Pottery Barn...

I love the shelf/basket systems that Pottery Barn Kids has, but I do not like the hefty price tags. The shelves are reasonable, but by the time you add the baskets and liners, the price is crazy. I would really like to find something similar for all of the toys that we are accumulating these days. I'm tempted to buy just the shelves and add my own baskets, but that just sounds like a project that would never be finished! Does anyone know where to find something like this?

Target has some white wood shelves with baskets and liners all included for $30 this week. You might want to make a run to check them out.

I've seen white hanging baskets with gingham liners at Ross.

I liked the Pottery Barn baskets but they were a tad too big for what I wanted to use them for. I found very similar baskets with liners at Pier One which worked perfectly and were only like $10. They have a light and darker wicker-like basket and cream colored liners.

Look under Children's => Furniture => Storage Solutions.

IKEA has a similar set up at a much lower price. Also the one's at Target are pretty cute, but small.

www.cargokids.com has great baskets with liners for $8. They're near the bottom of the kid's accessories page.

I bought baskets with white liners at KMart for $19.99 for two of them. They were good size 15"x15" - seemed bigger than the PBK ones. They work just fine!
