Second time parents

Hi. I know that I am being a little paranoid here, but I just need a little more reassurance. My sister and her friend bought a glider and ottoman from this smaller store in Canada and when it was time for me to do so, they were pushing me towards this store. They both had wonderful experiences with the store and were overwhelmed (their words) with the friendliness of their staff and their prices. I will more than likely purchase my chair and ottoman from them as they do have very good prices and indeed their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. But I do admit that I am a little paranoid and I just want to have a few more assurances. Thank you to any one who can provide these.
