Please help! My husband and I are very interested in the Kinderkraft Vermont crib (the sleigh version) available at BRU for approx $199. However, when we looked this crib up on the BRU web site, the reviews there were pretty negative. Specifically, current owners complained about cracked wood upon arrival of the crib and also that the baby's legs can get caught in between the slats and cause injury. Does anyone with an infant own this crib? Whas has been your experience with it? We could afford to spend more but we don't want to if it's not necessary.
