My husband and father just put together my Cara Mia Diane crib - which in general I love. In the store I had no problems with the side rail (it operated with one hand easily and silently) and reviews have not mentioned any problems. But mine seems really stiff and it is sort of sticking and it "clicks" a little bit. It has hidden hardware and nothing seems to be pinching or in the way - I am wondering does it just need to be "broken in" a bit more for easier gliding or has anyone lubricated their crib mechanisms? any suggestions?
