changing table

Our nursery will be pretty small and I won't have room for a changing table. We will be using a dresser that was my husband's when he was a child. I am stumped as to where I will change the baby....Is there an attachment to the crib that can be used? Is that useful or necessary? Any personal experience or ideas would be very useful!!

How tall is the dresser? If it's not a tall one and is about changing table height, you can just add a pad to it and voila, a changing table.

Also, some people just skip the changing table altogether and change their babies in the crib, on the bed, on the floor, etc.
