I received the Tiny Love Symphony in Motion Mobile as a gift. It is great mobile, but it broke after two nights. The company claimed it was b/c a defect in the motor. It took them two weeks to send a replacement part. When it finally arrived it was broken b/c of poor packing. Tiny Love refused to send a replacement overnight.

I was so appalled by this poor customer service. I had finally gotten my daughter to sleep in her crib, and now she won't b/c she has no mobile to look at. I feel that b/c this was a manufacturer defect and then their fault that it broke in shipment that it should have been sent overnight. Furthermore, I escalated the problem to the owner of the company who never returned my call.

Why did you not bring it back to the store you bought it from? They would have taken care of you on the spot.
