I recently purchased a crib at Baby's 1st Furniture in Sugar Land Texas (right outside of Houston) and I found out that it had a lot of scratches and nicks on some parts. I contacted the store and with no problems they are ordering replacement parts. I am very impressed and happy about the outcome. Just wanted to share the good news!
