Rumble Tuff flip top changing thing?

Does anyone have one of those flip top changing pad holders on their Rumble Tuff dresser? Do you find it helpful? The salesguy convinced us that it would be easier to change the baby if he's facing us rather than sideways, but I have 10 days to remove the item from my order if I choose to. Do you have one? Have you found it helpful? Does the kit include the pad or do I have to order that separately?
