Looking for Sorelle Corp #, seem to have lost crib h/w in move!

I do not know how this could have happened, but we have searched and searched various boxes, we are almost unpacked and we can not locate our Sorelle crib hardware!

Does anyone know the company's telephone number or whether you can get replacement hardware? I am sure I could find the items in a hardware store, but since I do not have any items to match I am not comfortable going that route.

I did a web search but all I found was stores that carry the brand.

Sorry this happened to you!

I just got my Sorelle Nico crib last week, and assembled it without any problems. I found their phone number and address on the Assembly Instructions sheet. Here it is:

Thank you so much! I cannot in my wildest dreams explain how this happened. MY DH and I were pretty sure the hardware got packed in the same box as the crib or with the crib linens. But now, we have been searching high and low. We have been in the house a week with no crib, so I needed to come up with another option.

I will call the company today.
