Does anyone have the arms reach co-sleeper sleigh?

I was originally planning on buying the mini-co-sleeper from Arms Reach. I just discovered the wood sleigh co-sleeper which converts into a toddler sofa. Has anyone had any experience with this? It costs more than the regular fabric, foldable co-sleeper so I'm wondering if it's worth it.
